Sunny Cottage is the newly converted groom's cottage originally built around 1900. Its rooms are south and west facing and its enclosed gardens are lawned and planted to roses and lavender. It has steep banks with steps to a wooden stile and the open country which slopes up steeply behind the house.

The accommodation is: Dining room with wooden floors and open fireplace. Kitchen with terracotta floor, exposed beams and range cooker, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Sitting room with large brick and stone fireplace with wood burning stove, double French windows leading to a large south and west facing patio. Upstairs are three double-bedrooms, one with ensuite shower room, and a large bathroom with separate shower. The sitting room has a sofa bed.

The cottage sleeps a maximum of 8 guests (4 couples) but is probably more comfortable with 6.
